Every day, participants receive a text message or email containing a personalized link to a questionnaire about Covid-19 symptoms, side effects and adherence. The study team takes action on individual reports.

The personalized online-questionnaires can be opened from a daily SMS or email.

Anonymized participants
All patients are anonymized, no names are stored.
The backend collects all reports and provides filters for symptoms and side effects. Manual data entry for missed reports is possible to study administrators.
